CONTACT LENS FITTING: Dr. Futch will even fit patients who have unusual prescriptions and require Toric, Bifocal, or Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lenses
GLAUCOMA TREATMENT: Dr. Futch uses retinal scans, fundus photography, pachymetry, automated visual fields, gonioscopy, and other technology to diagnose and manage this disease
DIABETIC EVALUATIONS: Dr. Futch trains regularly to provide optimal visual care to patients who are diabetic. She utilizes the latest technology to detect and manage Diabetic Retinopathy
PEDIATRIC EXAMS: Dr. Futch examines all types of patients, but especially enjoys working with children. Baker Vision Care's staff is "kid friendly". Dr. Futch works with children and families to give their kids the best vision possible and coordinates with Baker County Schools to optimize learning ability in children.
PROBLEM FOCUSED EXAMS: Dr. Futch is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of eye infections, including Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye) and Corneal Ulcers. Dr. Futch is trained to treat Ocular Trauma and is skilled at removing objects from the eye. Dr. Futch works alongside Rheumatologists and Primary Care Physicians to provide care for patients with Autoimmune Disorders such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Sjogren's Disease. Dr. Futch also treats patients who have Dry Eye Syndrome, which affects much of the adult population after age 40.
