Mary M. Futch, O.D., PA. Dr. Futch is a 1985 graduate of Valdosta State University in Georgia and received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 1989. Dr. Futch is a member of the Northeast Florida Optometric Society, the Florida Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. |
Mrs. Kathy D. Norman Kathy Norman is the office Administrator here at Baker Vsion Care. Kathy also handles all Visual photos and scans, as well as insurance and billing. Kathy is a graduate of Baker County High School and is married with 2 adult children. |
Mrs. Crystal J. Walker Crystal Walker is the Optician here at Baker Vision Care. Crystal manages our on site lab as well as contact lens orders and eyeglass repairs. Originally from Atlanta, Crystal moved to Baker County in 2009. She has been in the optical business since 2000. Crystal is married to a life long Baker County resident and has 2 children. |
Mrs. Gail A. Hodges Gail Hodges is our Pretesting Technician here at Baker Vision Care. Gail handles prepping all patients for Dr. Futch, as well as helping out at the front desk. Gail is a graduate of Technical Senior High School. She is married with 1 adult child. |
